Updates 10/29/2025​

  • ST-5498 : Fixed an issue where stale billing system services were not being cleaned up as expected.

  • ST-5299 : Third party equipment insights from Operate now appear on the Care dashboard.

  • ST-5289 : Fixed an issue with the Node connection failure insights not creating properly for telnet connections.

  • ST-4670 : Improved 'Link down on a bonded DSL service' insight to display all relevant EFM or ATM groups in the insight details.

  • MM-6600 : New Care Search has been removed from Beta, and is now the default search experience. This includes faster response times, match highlights, and search previews.

  • ST-5216 : Added SDX support for the ONU high downstream BIP Operate Insight. This requires RSP release package 24.2.1 or later.

  • ST-5338 : Speed test results in Care will now error out rather than infinitely load if there is an error.

  • ST-5336 : Added several factors that will impact the overall subscriber experience score in Care. See the user guide for more details.

  • ST-5207 : The Router icon in Care will now be red only if the router is offline. Other factors, such as low uptime, will color the Router icon yellow.
