Care

The Care tool offers a view of key subscriber-centric information, including name and address, transfer rate statistics and bandwidth usage for subscribers managed by a wide variety of services. The primary users of Care are customer service representatives and NOC technicians whose goal is to quickly find key information about a particular subscriber in order to troubleshoot issues with their service.

The two main workflows of Care include the search and the dashboard itself. The pages below go into detail on both workflows.
