Insights Table

The third area in the middle of the Care Subscriber Details page displays insights when they are available. For more detailed information on Insights, please refer to the Operate docs.

If no insight is found for a subscriber during insights scan or when the scan itself did not happen, the Insights tile will be replaced by the below notifications.
