Clarity Service Report

The # Clarity Service Report offers a quick and easy way to link the data from the Subscriber Health Report with the data in Care. Available from the Care Subscriber Details page, this feature allows the user to at a glance see the Predicted Subscriber Experience and Root Cause Analysis, as determined by the AI and export curated insights from the Subscriber Health Report.

Accessing the AI Service Summary​

  1. Sign in to Mosaic One.
  2. Navigate to Care.
  3. Navigate to any Care subscriber using Care Search.

Clarity Preview Availability​

The Clarity Service Report is available as part of the Clarity enhancement to Mosaic One. This item is not available in the Preview version of Clarity.
